Jordan has held several key roles in both private and public sectors, bringing 15+ years of leadership experience culminating in positions like Director of Operations, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, as COO, Jordan was responsible for a company’s nearly $400MM operational framework and $5B portfolio assets, ensuring that every initiative aligned with the overarching strategic plan. His expertise in HR allows him to cultivate a robust workplace culture that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement. His hands-on approach to business operations has been instrumental in implementing scalable solutions that cater to both immediate and long-term objectives—a distinguished career marked by scalable growth and sustained solutions, Jordan is a driving force behind innovative strategies and strong partnerships.
